What are Sunday's like at Rozetta?

We gather three times on the Lord's Day to worship, fellowship, and serve.

Sunday School

9:30am-10:15am

We have classes for young children, grade schoolers, and teenagers/college-age. We also offer two adult classes with two different focuses: the Gospel Project (in the basement) and Paul Washer's workbook Knowing the Living God (in the sanctuary).

Worship Service

10:30am-11:45am

This is the highlight of our Lord's Day! We gather together to worship God through corporate prayer, reading God's Word, singing hymns, psalms, and spiritual songs, and sitting under the preaching of God's Word. On the first Sunday of every month, we participate in the blessing of Communion.

Sunday Evening

6:00pm-7:30pm

We gather to review the questions in the bulletin on the sermon given that morning. There are usually yummy snacks, coffee, a time of fellowship and prayer, and an opportunity to grow in our understanding and application of the sermon text together.

Rozetta Men's Retreat

Calling all men! We are excited to gather to eat smoked meats, bump chests, and grow together on March 22nd & 23rd. We will meet that Friday evening and come back together on Saturday morning to spend the day
together learning, growing, and having fun together as a group. Our theme this year is Unashamed Worker. We look forward to seeing all the men of our congregation gather to push each other to become the men we are called to be! This is a free event: we will provide the meats, the refreshments, the activities, and the teaching—you just bring your favorite flannel and an axe (or just yourself). Speakers will be Justin Allaman, Dan Ashton, and Pastor Dan.

Ladies Night

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 13th, for our Annual Ladies Night Out! Pictures will be at 5:30, followed by the meal at 6:00 and

Membership Class

Beginning the Sunday after Easter, we will be offering a membership class. These will be held twice a year directly after Sunday service (the week after Easter and the week after VIP Sunday). Pastor Dan and a deacon will lead the class and explain what church membership is, why it is important, how to become a member, and how you can become involved in the mission here at Rozetta Baptist. While this is primarily geared toward those who are not members yet, current members are welcome to come if they are interested in a refresher on this important aspect of our church.
